DESCRIPTION

The 408PA is a 6-8-axis machining center designed to machine flat workpieces for watch movements. It is equipped with a swiveling powered spindle fitted on a B axis and an A axis divider offering high angular resolution.

The machine can be equipped with an automatic back machining unit fitted on a vertical WU axis. This unit can be equipped with an ultra-high-precision micro-vice or a counter-spindle that can operate in both turning mode up to 6000 rpm and milling mode with high angular resolution. This configuration offers a broad range of applications for complete machining of main plates and bridges.

Benefiting from the latest technological developments and Willemin-Macodel's extensive expertise in high-precision machining, the 408PA machining center, which features a robotization system, is a highly flexible and efficient production cell with a small footprint.
